Wear instructions: 1. Place support around the lower back area using both hands. 2. While holding the support in place over the stomach area, pull the inner belt (closest to the body) with the hook tab across the abdominal area to your desired tension and support level. 3. Lock down the ends of the outer belt by attaching the hook tab section across and down on the opposite side of the belt. Care: hand wash with mild soap on warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry. Do not: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners. Size: measure waist: adjust to fit, up to 48 in waist/hip, up to 122 cm waist hip.
